hey ppl... the other day ZM mentioned bout atom.xml. this is a sort of like RSS syndicate thigy or something like that... anyway... it is something like podcast... so to be notified of new entries on the blog without going to the blog, proceed to this website and download feedreader

then, after installing, click on add new feed and key in this...

therefore, all new entries will sent to you using this...
